Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective blade guards and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
